Facilities is a bit old. But the services is top notch.the only thing I dont like is the room slippers, its too low quality.please change it to better and more reliable. Most of customers only have shoes.
And please provide wooden spoon or spork

I booked 2 rooms of the same type, but the rooms were very different. One was a regular room, and the other was a club room, which was very large. But the hotel told me that it was arranged according to the room type, so the price was the same.

The hotel service really exceeded expectations. The front desk lady was very considerate and took the initiative to help upgrade the room type. The room service responded quickly and someone came immediately after calling for cleaning. The staff were very friendly and felt at home. Highly recommended!

Old hotel but renovated a few years ago. So it was an average hotel. Checked in late so hotel upgraded my room to suite room bcoz they had sold off my room. Suite room was spacious n comfortable.

I stayed at Dorsett Grand Subang for a 2-night business trip and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel staff were courteous and efficient, the check-in process was smooth, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a business traveler. The location is convenient with easy access to nearby amenities and dining options.
The only drawback during my stay was the limited parking space. At peak hours, finding a spot was challenging, which could be inconvenient for guests with their own vehicle.
Despite the parking issue, I would still recommend Dorsett Grand Subang for business stays due to its service, comfort, and location.

An old five-star hotel with old facilities but very clean. The staff is also very polite. There are many food and convenience stores within a short walk. It would be nice if the room could be equipped with multiple standard sockets.
